Human Resources Workshop

We have successfully negotiated a subsidy with Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada (AANDC) to promote our Human Resources toolkit in Vancouver and Campbell River. This subsidy will allow your participation for half price.  The cost for you to attend this workshop is $200.00.  This fee covers the costs for 2 full days to review our HR toolkit. There will be an HR professional facilitator to guide the workshop as well as answer your questions. 

Our toolkit has been designed for First Nations by Human Resource Management Professionals and has been piloted in other communities with great success.  We will gather information at the boot camps to revise and enhance our toolkit. The session combines plenary presentation with opportunity to role play and give and receive feedback. 

Who should attend:  Human Resource Managers, Advisors, Supervisors, Department Heads, and staff who are in acting positions or working in the HR field
